Your impact and responsibilities 

LOGEX receives clinical and claims data from hospitals across Europe, including the Netherlands, the UK, and ES. Our Data Operations team ensures that this data is correctly processed, validated, and prepared for analysis and delivery to clients. As a Working Student in the RWD Data Operations Team, you will play a key role in supporting this process. 

Your responsibilities include: 

• Execute on the processing, validation, and export of healthcare data 

• Investigating irregularities in data and resolving or communicating them with the client 

• Configuring data processing pipelines and export pipelines 

• Helping maintain high data quality standards across all deliveries 

• Collaborating with analysts and other team members to ensure smooth operations 

You will help ensure that hospitals and pharmaceutical companies receive reliable insights into health outcomes and treatment costs, contributing directly to better healthcare decisions. 

Your team 

You’ll be part of the Real World Data team, specifically the Data Operations subteam, which is responsible for ensuring high-quality data for our products and analyses. The team is highly motivated, results-oriented, and analytically strong, with a shared drive to improve healthcare. We work in sprints with room for ad-hoc work, and we value collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.

• Are you currently pursuing a technical HBO or university bachelor’s degree? 

• Are you familiar with writing code in R, Python or SQL? 

• Are you available for at least 9 months, 2 days per week?

• Do you like solving technical challenges and digging into data issues until you find the root cause? 

• Are you excited to contribute to healthcare insights across multiple countries? 

• Do you enjoy working in a young, enthusiastic, and collaborative team? 

• Are you structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented in your way of working? 

• Do you speak and write Dutch and English fluently?
