Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.

With a global footprint spanning 125 countries, to date, we’ve supported over 15,000 patients and 2,400 physicians, earning the trust of 50+ Biopharma companies.

Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.

The Opportunity: Working Student

Are you a student passionate about clinical innovation, digital health, or product management in the life sciences? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Working Student to support our transition from legacy documentation to our new EAP Product Platform—a key initiative that improves patient access to investigational treatments.

You’ll work closely with our Site Management team, which liaises directly with hospitals treating patients, and collaborate with our Product team to help shape the tools that power our clinical programs. This role can be structured to support your thesis work, if applicable.

What You’ll Do

  • Review, interpret, and accurately transfer data from existing program documents into our digital platform

  • Follow clear workflows and quality checklists to ensure consistency and completeness of data

  • Collaborate with the Site Management and Product teams to flag discrepancies or unclear information

  • Help identify potential process improvements and contribute to documentation enhancements

  • Learn the ins and outs of EAP processes and clinical program documentation

Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in the Netherlands (preferably in life sciences, health sciences, biomedical engineering, data science, or related fields)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks that require accuracy and consistency

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)

  • Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively

  • Prior experience with clinical documents, digital platforms, or healthcare systems is a plus but not required

What We Offer

  • Flexible working hours to accommodate your studies.

  • Compensation: Paid (Hourly), at 16 EUR per hour incl. holiday allowance.

  • Opportunity to work in a meaningful and innovative company that impacts patients globally

  • The start date of this is 1st of September 2025

  • Insights into the clinical trial and early access space

  • Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven health tech environment

  • Work at the intersection of clinical operations, digital platforms, and pharmaceutical development

  • A supportive, collaborative team environment

myTomorrows is an Equal Opportunity Employer and, beyond upholding discrimination-free practices, we are committed to cultivating a workplace where difference and diversity are protected and celebrated. The best work comes from our best selves, and we go to great lengths in supporting our team members to be just that.
