Job Description - Sales & Partnership Executive

Location: Abuja & Lagos

Employment Type: Contract
 

onfleekQ is Nigeria’s leading on -demand beauty and wellness platform, connecting clients to trusted beauty professionals for hair, makeup, nails, spa, and skincare services — all from the convenience of their phones.

We’re seeking a driven Sales & Partnership Executive to build strategic relationships, broker sales, and create partnerships that translate into real app usage and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure partnerships with salons, spas, hotels, lifestyle brands, and corporate institutions.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that convert into active client bookings and repeat app use.

  • Attend industry and lifestyle events where our target clients and partners are present — build connections, pitch collaborations, and represent the OnfleekQ brand with confidence.

  • Cultivate relationships within high -value networks, including beauty, hospitality, and luxury sectors.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and vendor teams to translate partnerships into measurable user growth.

  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.



Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in tech, lifestyle, or beauty industries.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

  • Confident, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.

  • Tech -savvy and comfortable working in a fast -paced, innovative environment.
