Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including but not limited to, general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable on a regular basis.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, including variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting and analysis requirements.
• Assist with audits and tax preparation as needed.
• Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
