Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Accounts Payable to join our team at Hilton in Lagos, NG. As a Remote Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process from a remote location, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports accurately and timely - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process electronic payments - Communicate with vendors to address any payment issues or inquiries - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Assist with month-end closing activities - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth invoice processing

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or related field - Energetic and confident personality - Strong people management and time management skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills
