Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description: British American Tobacco is currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Remote Accounts Payable. This position is based in Ibadan, NG, and offers a full-time remote work opportunity for entry-level professionals with 0 years of experience. Responsibilities: - Process and reconcile invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Ensure all payments are made on time and in compliance with company policies - Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting activities - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to resolve any payment discrepancies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Driven and confident personality traits - Time management and innovation soft skills
