Job Description:

ExxonMobil is seeking a highly motivated and resilient individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate in our Ibadan, NG office. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, invoicing, collecting payments, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and send invoices to customers - Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments - Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies - Reconcile customer accounts - Communicate with customers to collect payments - Generate reports on accounts receivable status - Assist in month-end close processes - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong project management skills - High emotional intelligence - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
