Job Description:

Kuda Bank is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable specialist in Port Harcourt, NG. This entry-level position will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of incoming payments from customers, as well as managing any outstanding balances.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments using our designated accounting software - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment deadlines - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions - Assist with month-end closing activities - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field - Strong communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
