Job Description:

  • CBRE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our team.
  • The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of all contracted work on site, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and fostering effective communication flow between all staff members. Additionally, the Contract Manager will manage all people HR activities and address HR-related concerns in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management:

  • Accountable for the planning and delivery of all in-scope and additional contracted work on site.
  • Review contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any discrepancies or issues as they arise.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Facilitate effective communication flow between all staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to address contract-related matters and resolve disputes.

HR Management:

  • Manage all people HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and training.
  • Address HR-related concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the HR department to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and liabilities associated with contract agreements, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize exposure.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance and effectiveness of contracted services.
  • Generate reports and analytics to track contract performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CCCM) are a plus.
