Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and leadership team, including preparing presentations, reports, and other materials. Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings. Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and other correspondence. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase visibility and reach. Manage the company’s brand and reputation, including social media and other online platforms. Coordinate events and conferences to promote the brand. Create and curate content for social media and other channels. Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints Manage the organizations foundation, overseeing its initiatives and ensuring its mission and goals are achieved. Build and maintain relationships with foundation stakeholders, including donors, partners, and beneficiaries. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand management and marketing.
