Minimum experience: 1 year

Responsibilities: Attending to walk-in clients - Responding to offline & online inquiries (including calls, messages, etc.) from clients - Posting job vacancy adverts on social media - Creating, formatting & printing office documents & materials - Scheduling job interviews - Informing candidates of job interview outcomes - Following up on candidates sent to clients/organizations - Keeping record of visitors & transactions - General administrative duties
