HR Officer (Fintech)

Our client a Fintech company is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer to join their team. Responsibilities and Requirements

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintaining and updating employee records and performance evaluations
• Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Developing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and workplace safety
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, preferably in technology sector
• Certification with Local and International Bodies it’s an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
