Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the company includes but is not limited to the following.
1. Provide overall coordination for all operations of the company and in the factory that will include. a. Purchase of raw materials and general inventory management b. Manage the loading and offloading of containers and other cargo. c. Project Management for various projects the company will be involved in
2. Lead a team of Operations Assistants and Supervisors (they will directly report to the job holder) who are responsible for executing given tasks and ensuring all processes and procedures are duly adhered to.
3. Ensure Vendors/Contractors Performance is tracked and fed back to the Contract Owner. This included managing scrap and other suppliers and ensuring proper quality control.
4. Meeting with the FC regularly to review the unit’s expenses and general operations budget.
5. Advising and assisting the management team in talent acquisition and management, including supporting the recruitment process in a manner that ensures the right caliber of factory employees are hired and retained.
