As a Personal Assistant at Graceco Limited, you will have the opportunity to work in our office located in Kola Alagbado, Lagos. This is a full-time position offering great career prospects.
Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Responding to phone calls, emails, and messages
Planning travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation
Coordinating events and speaking engagements
Taking accurate and comprehensive meeting notes
Assisting with daily time management
Running errands as needed
Drafting correspondence such as emails and letters
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you should have a B.Sc in English Language, Secretarial Studies, or Business Administration, and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint, is also required.
Applicants must reside within Abule Egba, Toll-Gate, Alagbado, and nearby areas
