Job Description - Recruitment Consultant

Account Management: In conjunction with the sales team manage existing client accounts to generate additional new job opportunities and foster ongoing partnerships.

Consultation: Guide both candidates and existing clients through intricate and extensive recruitment procedures.

LongTerm Relationship Building: Develop enduring relationships to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.

Client Communication: Maintain open and positive communication with clients to uphold strong relationships.

Client Understanding : Gain a deep comprehension of client companies their industries operations work culture and environments.

Job Advertisement : Advertise job openings by crafting and placing advertisements across various media platforms including newspapers websites and magazines.

Social Media Utilization : Utilize social media for job promotion candidate attraction and relationship building.

Headhunting: Identify and approach potential candidates who may currently be employed.

Database Utilization : Use candidate databases to match the most suitable individuals with client job vacancies.

Application Management: Receive assess and manage job applications conduct interviews and tests and compile a shortlist of candidates for client consideration.

Reference Checking: Request and verify candidate references to assess their suitability for specific roles before presenting their profiles to clients.

Candidate Briefing: Inform candidates about job responsibilities compensation and benefits associated with specific job opportunities.

Pay Negotiation : Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize terms between clients and candidates.

Market insight: Provide market insight and candidate talent mapping to the sales team

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in human resources business administration psychology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role with a successful track record of hiring top talent
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and techniques including online sourcing networking and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Customer service orientation and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
