Regional Restaurant Manager

• Assist the Executive General Manager in developing and executing business strategies to achieve the company’s goals and objectives
  
• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistent adherence to the highest standards of quality, service, and operational efficiency.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, assess compliance with health and safety regulations, and provide on-site leadership support
  
• Manage P&L responsibilities for the chain, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure profitability and identify opportunities for growth
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
  
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms and prices for goods and services
  
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all restaurants meet and exceed customer expectations.
  
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years Proven experience in a senior management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry, overseeing multiple locations
  
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
  
• Ability to travel frequently to various locations within the country.
