Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


MainOne, a leading telecommunications company in Port Harcourt, NG, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, work from home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate administrative duties remotely, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents. - Support the team with research tasks, such as gathering information, data analysis, and preparing reports. - Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings. - Assist in project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, updating project status, and coordinating meetings.


Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, preferably in a remote work setting. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). - Hardworking and resilient personality traits.


Soft Skills: - Research skills: Ability to gather and analyze information effectively. - Communication skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
