The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Konga Group's office in Lagos, Nigeria. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures. 2. Manage communication channels within the office and with external stakeholders. 3. Oversee office budget and expenses, and ensure all financial records are accurate. 4. Coordinate office meetings, events, and conferences. 5. Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment. 6. Supervise administrative staff and provide support and guidance as needed. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 8. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members. 9. Handle any office-related issues or emergencies that may arise. 10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role. 3. Proven experience in project management and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire others. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence others.
