Job Description - Remote Personal Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a skilled Remote Personal Assistant to join our team at Wema Bank in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and handle various tasks remotely. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, and possess excellent planning and creativity skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings. 2. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips. 3. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive. 4. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. 5. Conduct research and gather information for projects and initiatives. 6. Assist with personal tasks and errands as requested. 7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 8. Organize and maintain digital files and records.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 7. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 8. Prior experience working remotely is a plus.
