Job Description - Remote Personal Assistant

Job Description:


As a Remote Personal Assistant at Sterling Bank, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and executive support to senior management and other team members. Your primary role will be to assist with a variety of tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and conducting research.


Responsibilities: - Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication - Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents - Conduct research on various topics as needed - Assist with personal tasks such as shopping, ordering gifts, and making reservations - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills - Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Bachelor's degree preferred

Soft Skills: - Research: Ability to gather and analyze information effectively - Cooperation: Working well with others in a team setting
