Job Description:
Airtel Nigeria is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to work from home in Abuja. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities: - Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements - Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of senior executives - Conducting research and preparing reports - Managing projects and ensuring deadlines are met - Organizing and maintaining files and records - Liaising with clients and stakeholders - Providing general administrative support as needed - Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - At least 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Confident and independent personality - Strong leadership and persuasion skills
