Job Description - SECRETARY / PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Job specifics:

  • Prepare communications
  • Run errands as requested
  • Organizing travel and itineraries
  • Organizing and planning meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Preparing any report that the manager may require
  • Various ad hoc requests

Benefits

Budgeted salary : N1,800,000.00 annually and other benefits as per company policy.
