Job Overview: Our client, a dynamic conglomerate renowned for its expertise in Real Estate and other industries, is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to oversee the electrical aspects of construction projects. The Electrical Site Engineer will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive electrical systems for construction projects, encompassing power distribution, lighting, and communication systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.
• Review project specifications and requirements in detail to understand the electrical needs of the project and develop appropriate design plans to meet those requirements.
  
• Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into the overall project design, coordinating effectively to address any design conflicts or challenges.
  
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems, ensuring that work is carried out according to design plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues that arise during construction, providing technical expertise and innovative solutions to resolve problems effectively and maintain project progress.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to industry best practices to minimize risks and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks of electrical work to verify compliance with design plans, specifications, and safety standards, maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Provide training and support to project teams on electrical systems and equipment, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems throughout the project.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in construction projects.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and standards.
• Experience with power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
