Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Jumia is seeking a highly motivated and driven Account Support Associate to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Manage and support customer accounts through various communication channels - Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot any account-related issues - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth - Analyze account performance and provide recommendations for improvement - Assist with account onboarding and training for new customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better support customer accounts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field - Proven experience in customer service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and persuasion skills to effectively engage with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals
