Job Description:
Halliburton, a global leader in the energy industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team in Lagos, NG. This is a remote work position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance and solutions to their inquiries and concerns - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates on services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Use effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and ensure a positive customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company - Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 4 years of experience working in a call center or customer service role - Adaptable personality with a passion for helping customers - Strong planning skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
