Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Halliburton is looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Call Center Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote work, based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Use project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet performance goals. 5. Demonstrate emotional intelligence in handling difficult situations with customers. 6. Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the company's system. 7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Utilize problem-solving skills to find creative solutions for customer inquiries. 9. Meet or exceed call center metrics and performance targets.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. 3. Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs. 4. Project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-stress situations. 7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with call center technology. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
