Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

The Dangote Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Entry Level role, this position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, adaptable, and have strong time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Updating customer records and database with accurate information - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed performance goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
