Job Description:

Tropical General Investments is seeking a motivated and energetic Chat Support Assistant to join our remote customer support team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through online chat platforms. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online chat support - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong persuasion and teamwork skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work independently in a remote setting
