Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dangote Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Chat Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels. This position is entry level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat support channels - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions - Must be driven and energetic, with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support platforms and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
