Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

We are currently seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our remote team at DHL in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner via chat - Providing product information, pricing, and shipment details to customers - Offering solutions to customer problems and escalating any issues as needed - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and representing the company in a positive light - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems - Strategic planning and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
