Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chat Support Officer to join our remote team at MTN in Abuja, Nigeria. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat support - Provide technical support for our products and services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support platforms and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
