Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Chat Support Representative to join our team at Huawei. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This is a remote work position based in Lagos, NG.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance targets for response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and resourceful personality traits - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support software and other communication tools - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
