We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team at MTN in Ibadan, NG. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through online chat platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through online chat - Providing accurate and timely information to customers - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes - Staying up-to-date on company products and services

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and passionate individual who thrives in a remote work environment - Strong strategic planning and leadership skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
