Job Description - Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Standard Chartered Bank. This is a remote work position based in Ibadan, NG. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Providing support to clients with account management and transactions - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to clients - Assisting with customer onboarding and training as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills - Energetic and enthusiastic personality - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team environment
