Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tropical General Investments is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. This individual must be driven and hardworking, with excellent people management skills and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. 2. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels such as phone, email, and video conferencing. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve overall customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients. 6. Serve as a brand ambassador for Tropical General Investments, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work remotely and independently. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Experience with CRM software is preferred.
