Job Description:
Andela is seeking a talented Client Relations Specialist to join our team in a remote work position based in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their goals - Proactively monitor client satisfaction and success, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client needs, such as product updates, technical support, and account management - Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on expectations - Provide regular updates to clients on product enhancements, upcoming events, and other relevant information - Track and report on client engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics to inform business decisions and strategies
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach - Hardworking and passionate individual with a commitment to exceeding client expectations - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while also collaborating effectively with a virtual team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
