Client Support Associate - Remote Work

MTN is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our remote team based in Lagos, NG. As a Client Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when handling client issues - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process - Assist in creating and updating support documentation and training materials

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Emotional intelligence and adaptability - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
