Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Kuda Bank is looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in a remote work position based in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming customer calls and responding to customer emails and chat messages. 2. Providing accurate information about Kuda Bank products and services to customers. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory and timely manner. 4. Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating customer information in the system. 6. Assisting in the implementation of customer service policies and procedures. 7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Highly motivated and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent people management and leadership skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. 7. A high school diploma or equivalent.
