Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Procter & Gamble Nigeria. This role will be remote, based in Lagos, NG, and will be a full-time position at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a blend of adaptability and reliability.


Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team member - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and improve service delivery - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer care process - Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
