Job Description:
ExxonMobil is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer in a remote work capacity in Ibadan, NG. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients while working remotely. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 3. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. 4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes to improve customer service.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and resilient personality traits. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers' needs. 3. Creative problem-solving skills. 4. Strong time management skills. 5. Previous experience in a customer service role for at least 2 years. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
