Deeva Body’s tale began in 2016 in the heart of Oyo state, Ibadan, Nigeria. Misturah, our founder, discovered the incredible advantages of natural shea butter for hair and skin and fell in love with treating herself with it. She quickly started utilising a combination of natural oils to boost the nourishing properties of shea butter.

Title: Customer Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers enquiries via phone calls, email or across our social media platform
• Recommend products to customers, take orders and track order status.
• Grow and maintain company’s customers/partners base
• Building and maintain group community
• Package orders for delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
• Develop strong understanding of our products and services
• Building a strong relationship between the company and the customers/partners
• Perform stock count at the end of the month
• Perform other duties related to the position.

Person Specification

• Passionate about sales
• Friendly and Warm
• High standard of spoken and written English
• Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills.
• Ability to be proactive, take initiative
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet and exceed sales target.

Relevant Experience:

• A minimum of one year experience in marketing and sales
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results
• Experience in the beauty/fashion industry is preferred

Knowledge:

• Sales Funnel
• Lead Conversion
• Business Development
• Background knowledge in marketing and communication
• Google Applications (Sheet, Document etc)
• Copywriting.
