Job Description - Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Andela is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think critically in order to provide the best possible solutions to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance - Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in order to provide the best service possible


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Hardworking and reliable with a positive attitude - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - High school diploma or equivalent required
