Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone email or chat Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features Update our internal databases with information and discussions with customers Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved Gather customer feedback and share with the team Provide uptodate product and service information to customers Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns Maintain a positive and professional attitude always
