Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Seplat Petroleum Development in a remote work position based in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Entry Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and support - Conduct research to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions - Work collaboratively with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Assist with customer onboarding and training initiatives - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and concerns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and hardworking with a strong attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
