Job Description:
Airtel Nigeria is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Abuja, NG. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals. 2. Proactively engage with customers to drive product adoption and usage. 3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. 4. Work closely with the sales team to renew contracts and secure customer loyalty. 5. Provide training and support to customers on product features and best practices. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience. 7. Monitor customer satisfaction and success metrics to ensure high levels of customer retention. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide customers with valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving customer success. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong negotiation and research skills. 6. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment. 7. Motivated and dedicated with a passion for customer success.
