Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders - Ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to ensure customer success - Identify opportunities for upselling and referrals - Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Track customer success metrics and report on progress - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices - Provide regular feedback to internal teams on customer needs and challenges

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer success metrics - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems - Confidence and dedication to driving customer success - Strong critical thinking and creativity skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
