Job Description:
Kuda Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our remote team in Lagos, NG. As the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of independence and energy, as well as strong teamwork and project management skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the customer support team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement customer support processes and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a professional and timely manner - Analyze customer support data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience - Ensure all customer support activities are in compliance with company policies and regulations - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer support metrics and performance
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong independent and energetic personality traits - Excellent teamwork and project management skills - Proficiency in customer support software and tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work remotely and manage a remote team effectively
