Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Officer at UPDC FM Ltd. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- This includes handling customer inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and providing technical support when needed.
- The role also involves liaising with other internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- First Degree in Mass communication or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Strong customer support and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze and understand customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
