Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job description:


Kuda Bank is looking for a talented Customer Support Representative to join our team as a remote worker in Lagos, NG. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, however, we are looking for someone who is driven and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to think strategically to address customer inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about our products and services, including troubleshooting any issues that may arise - Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in order to provide the highest level of support to our customers


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
