Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Fidelity Bank. This is a remote work position based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy - Document and track customer interactions and solutions - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and recommend solutions - Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Creativity and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
